With score 7.84 at the time of writing this, "Now I Realize the Charm of Briefs" is one of the top rated doujinshi on this site. Does it have well writen story? Is the art something extra ordinary amazing? Nah, as you might have guessed from the cover picture, there is one and only reason it is rated this high - it's boy x boy porn.
The story is exactly as depicted in the short summary - guy gets horny looking at other guys underpants, starts chewing on them and they have sex. Good enough shlick material, probably, but don't even try to read this manga

for any other different reason.
The art is mediocre, the characters are generic yaoi protagonists and the story is cringe. For anyone who isn't horny yaoi fangirl, this has a value of 1/10.
