Synopsis

Now, I am writing as a person who has not played any Warcraft game or World of Warcraft and who hasn't read any of the Warcraft novels, yet I picked up this manga because I liked the covers and the artwork looked okay. Not a very good reason on my part there, but I was overall satisfied with this 3 volume manga.

The story is okay, but it feels rushed. In the first part of the first volume the pace is okay, but then things just go like a boulder downhill. There are moments when the pace goes slower in the second volume read more

There has been numerous written publications on Warcraft made from various authors, but this is the first attempt to combine the best Warcraft author, Richard A. Knaak and artist Kim Jae-Wang to create a story driven manga of the Warcraft universe.
I have previously read all of Richard A. Knaak's Warcraft novels and I had high hopes that this duo might produce something totally mind staggering. My hopes were a little to high I think and after reading through the last manga in the trilogy I felt that it lacked in some areas. First of all I don't think the story was good enough. It felt read more
