Mai Favorite is a hentai romance harem series that involves a high school student (Shoutarou) taking residence among his grandfather's house. While living in the house, sexual needs are often served from a group of maids to Shoutarou or other guests as part of a welcoming community. With the fate of choosing an exclusive maid for himself, Shoutarou starts to develop feelings of love towards the newest maid (Mai) during his stay.

For a short series that only provides five chapters, Mai Favorite brings a decent plot that carries fairly well in each chapter. Along with the fact that Shoutarou starts to develop his feelings towards Mai, he also ends up having sex with different maids which certainly fits both hentai and harem themes in this series. There are also feelings of romance that tend to be express in Mai Favorite.

While nothing special comes from the characters in Mai Favorite, they still fit well as a cast in this hentai series. Shoutarou is the usual indecisive character that readers should be familiar with on male protaganists. As for the maids, each of them provides their own personality that takes place in the story.

As expected from the work of Gunma Kisaragi, the artwork certainly does itself well in Mai Favorite. The character designs and backgrounds were drawn very well in Mai Favorite. It is also easy to follow through in the sex scenes, which certainly makes it more worthwhile in seeing a hentai series.

Overall, Mai Favorite is a decent to pretty good series that hentai fans should consider checking out. Those that enjoy their maid themes in hentai series are bound to enjoy reading this one.
