Two young teens can see ghosts and work for a spiritual organization.
Both are about a teenager with the ability to see spirits and have a mission to protect humans from the evil ghosts.
Shinigamis, Delinquents, traveling into another world, lots of fighting.
Bleach have many reference to Yu Yu Hakusho, mainly in Lost Agent arc (for example at the beginning of this arc Yuzu have Keiko's first hairstyle :O)
A boy has a supernatural experience and grow special powers. He come in contact with a organization that control the transit of soul between one world and another and protect the earth from the evil souls that attack it. The boy ends helping this organization to protect his friends.
Bleach = Saint Seiya in Yu Yu Hakusho setting

Both of these series deal with the supernatural and the adventures of a young boy becoming stronger and having strong supernatural and human allies with them in their journeys.
Flame of Recca reminded me of Yu Yu Hakusho instantly. The two have so much in common. Both the main characters are like exactly the same. They're both unbeatable guys in their schools who come into a great power. Both Yusuke and Recca can be rediculously funny and stupid but can completely bring it during a fight. Doron and Kuwabara and nearly identical and Tokiya and Hiei are very similar. The story lines are also very, very similar to each other. Both stories deal like the supernatural and both have large turnaments dealing with humans and inhuman beings alike. If you like one, I can guarentee that you'll like the other one. Without a doubt. Don't be put off that they're both a little on the older side. Two great, amazing stories.
Similar fighting series with a supernatural-superpower angle, similar protagonists and supporting casts and even plot structures (gotta love those tournament arcs).

Both are shounen mangas that are pretty childish in the beginning and become more serious at some point. Both have a stupid main character who grows up during the story. They also have a lot of cool fights and a scary amount of supporting character who usually have a background story, so the reader is very likely to find his favorite character. Both of the series have a simple plot and simple art, and they're both the classic way-too-long shounen mangas, but they never get boring!
you will love yu yu hakusho if you like naruto. it has the same intense-ness, action, and suspense as naruto. You will find yourself glued to the computer screen or book as you read yu yu hakusho dying to know what happens next. so READ IT
I find strange that most ppl think it looks similar to Bleach, because for me it have a heart of Naruto. Both main characters smiles a lot, but sad inside, while Ichigo is pretty grim all the time (at least he trys to be grim). Both use mostly hand to hand combat with techniques based on allocation of ki and overall story flows in the same way.

Both with powerful delinquent main characters, who have to protect something; with supernatural themes of demons, ghost e.t.c.
These two are one of my favorite mangas. They may have a somewhat different plot but in the end they are very similar. Yu Yu Hakusho is about a teenage kid who doesn't really care much for most people, he also is constantly getting confronted by people who want to be beat him and become unbeatable, and goes through life dreading it, but after a life changing experience (or should I say after a life ending experience) he is swept into the world of magic and other awesome supernatural things, he meets people along the way who become good allies.
Now Beelzebub is about another teenage kid who is also constantly confronted by people who want to be the first one to beat the unbeatable, and after one little incident his life changes forever as well. He is stuck with the Demon's king son until he is old enough to destroy the world. He gets new allies and new enemies and begins to bond with this child and before you know it they become on in the same.
So basically if you like funny, good plots, and awesome fighting scenes then these are good for you. I am pretty sure if you liked one you'll like the other.

Both main characters roles in their series are kinda similar to each other and they both fight against demons.
Both series are almost quite the same where the main characters have cocky attitudes and have similar objectives and goals where they have to take orders from the leader of the next world and fight against powerful warriors.

in both mangas the main character strives to become stronger, and meets friends allong the way. as well as stronger enemies that contantly challenge their strenth

If you liked the Four Saint Beasts arc (Yu Yu Hakusho) you'll probably like Evil Crusher Maya, since they are quite similar.
In Evil Crusher Maya, the main hero enters a medieval castle to battle a team of four demons, three of them control an elemental ability.

Both are about two boys who like to fight and be the best

Both of them have a large tournament. If you loved the Dark Tournament in Yu Yu Hakuhso, then you should like MAR, which is pretty much all one big tournament.

Despite YYH's aim for a younger audience, both manga feature strong characters who struggle against the battle against supernatural beings that threaten peace and order. Accompanied by a subtle romantic subplot and intense art, these two masterpieces are a must read.

The main characters, Shinji and Yusuke, share a lot of similar situations and decisions.

Both are made by the same mangaka and have interesting fights, and story lines.

Both are battle series about slacker heroes given supernatural powers.

Shounen series about two things: the supernatural, and fight tournaments. YYH is more about spirit-based attacks and demons while SK is about ghosts, but both like to toss in references to Japanese mythology and spiritual beliefs so there's still lots of common ground.
