Both have very shy girl to even talk to their opposite gender. And their struggle to overcome their shortcoming by doing various steps in interacting with a boy.

Both series has a shoujo and experimental feel as the main female protagonist experiences with romance. Throughout the story, they associate with boys that tests their capability of building a connection with them. And while their premises aren't the same or for a similar purpose, they do learn quite a bit and slowly builds confidence. Both series also has lighthearted comedy with the usual classic shoujo tropes.

Same main character duo, a beautiful long haired shy girl which can't really communicate with other people and an usual guy which is not really outstanding. The two of them start getting closer.

Both are romantic Manga with fantasy elements. The two share the same topic: A very shy girl and her struggle to overcome her weakness with the help of friends, family and a goddess by doing a number of tasks that help her interacting with a boy, thus thanks to this love is born between the two.

Both MC gets necessary help from supernatural beings to make their love come true

Both are super-cute series about shy girls trying to awkwardly find their way into their first love. Hadi Girl has a minor super-natural element; Hitorimi Haduki-san is an age-gap romance, but both have a similar feel of awkwardness and cuteness.

Romcoms with a focus on an awkward girl trying her best to pursue a guy (albeit unwillingly at the start in one of them). They both are more on the cute and fluffy side of the genre, especially Hadi Girl.

Both female main characters don't fully understand their feelings and can't talk to other people very easily. Both male main characters express that they love the other (at least evident to the reader) early on. Both stories is the motion of the girls realising their feelings and trying to understand them. Would definitely recommend this as this was the manga I read to fill my craving for something similar in story. The main difference is that the majority of Hadi Girl is talk from a girl's perspective instead of a guy's like Tonari no Kashiwagi-san was.

well, both of them have the same setting: a demonic/angelic being will have a contract with the protagonist(whitch he/she can't remember signing one) , the contract consists on completing tasks that involve love.

In both series girls are forced with the task of doing unreasonable things with someone of the opposite sex and both face heavy penalties should they fail. SaiImou is a little more free with the fanservice, but Hadi is a little more pure.
