This is one of the first comic/mangas I have read to completion (I've started others, but did not find them interesting enough to continue) and I've gotta say, I thoroughly enjoyed it. On the surface, this graphic novel seems childish, and aimed for a young audience - and while people of all ages will enjoy it, there are deeper ideas about what makes a person who they are that I feel are better appreciated by a more mature audience. The artwork was beautiful, as is everything that Sarah Ellerton, aka Art Angel, draws. The storytelling? Fantastic, it was the reason I
loved Inverloch. The character development was superb, and very believable. In addition, Inverloch had one of the most lovable protagonists (Acheron) I've ever seen.
Overall, it may start off a little slow, but stick with it and I promise the twists and turns of this comic will keep you reading until the very end. read more
