Synopsis

Two best friends and roommates, Makishima and Sakura, are only in each other's company for Christmas. After Sakura has an outburst about having no girlfriend in his life, he continues to complain about it to Makishima. Tired of hearing Sakura's griping, Makishima offers his roommate a blowjob to hold him over. Once they get started, it ends up being more than Makishima bargained for.

A nice one-shot manga telling a sweet story overall (there's a slightly non-consensual element, and not in a good way). Drawn in Mentaiko's (Itto's) inimitable style, with high quality artwork and generic bara boys as chunky and muscular as you'd desire. The fumbling, "not exactly gay" first timers are cute with moments of subtlety and verisimilitude in their Christmas Eve encounter as two lonely bachelors. More romantic than erotic, it was a nice read and I was left curious as to how their story would develop in a hypothetical sequel, but probably won't revisit it. Recommended for fans of Mentaiko or sweet stories.
