The basic premise is as follows: Oto x Maho is about a boy who must transform into a magical girl or risk actually changing gender, while Marugoto Anjyu Gakuen is also about another boy who transfers to an all-girl school full of monsters. Both series' protagonists are traps, they both must fulfill a certain condition, and both have girls falling for them despite their girlish demeanor.

One guy surrounded by several girls who's either cats, foxes, wolves or demons, and who falls in love with him because of his kind personality. Lot of ecchiness in both. in marugoto he is dressed like a girl though:(

In both, the hero must be cross-dressed or else he'll be kicked out of school and dorm. Although the difference is that Marugoto Gakuen is a girl's school while St. Stokesia Academi boy's school.

As per family arrangements, the protagonists of both, boys with long hair and girlish looks, are sent off to attend all-girls schools posing as girls. Both Mizuho and Kaguya have pretty timid personalities, which leads them to get into some sticky situations where they risk blowing their covers, but their kindheartedness helps them make friends along the way. Both are pretty heavy with harem and ecchi aspects.

Both take place in an all girls school for "demons" Both main characters have a secret that they must keep from the entire school. Both main characters are living away from home in the school dorms. Both are ecchi/comedy with a bit of romance.
