Both take place in an all girls school for "demons"

Both main characters have a secret that they must keep from the entire school.

Both main characters are living away from home in the school dorms.

Both are ecchi/comedy with a bit of romance.

One guy surrounded by several girls who's either cats, foxes, wolves or demons, and who falls in love with him because of his kind personality. Lot of ecchiness in both. in marugoto he is dressed like a girl though:(
