Manga: Rakuen Route
It is Rakuen Route in reverse!! In rakuen route Hana is a 16 year old in the body of a ten year old. She turns into her real age when the two boys touch their "marks", which are actually Hana's wings, to each other. In Otona ni Nuts, Natsumi is a fifth-grader that wants to be older and she gets her wish when she eats the mysterious nuts. But she is still a child at heart and must deal with that and with her love for her childhood friend.
