Basically one of the originators "loli vampiress" where Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase features the same theme, like Blood Alone, of a young vampire girl that is very close to an "older brother" main character. Also highly recommend the Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase anime, which was famous in 2006 as one of the top 10 anime DVD of the time.  

Similar given how both have a little sister type heroine that are involved in supernatural magic.
