These two share a lot of similarities: both main girls are energetic, dreamy girls which their goal is to marry. In both there´s a love triangle between the main girl and two half brothers that are princes. Also, the main girl is the only descendant from a noble family that committed treason to the royal family, and so, were banished and killed. Also, the main girl has a box from her ancestor and ends up working some time as a maid for one of the princes. Many comedy and romance.
The situations of the main female characters are very similar.
The stories are both about Royal Brothers and a girl who seems to be a commoner but may be from a traitorous (and related) Royal line. In both Stories they fall for her. Both stories include lots of pretty frilly clothing. MeruPuri includes magic while Prince is a bit darker.

It the beginning the main character, Usagi Tsukino, and the Sailor Soliders are searching for the Moon Princess. They believe it to be Sailor Venus, but later find out it's someone else. The girl in question does not realize she is in fact the real princess. The beginning of the story deals majorly with finding the princess and the her coming to terms with her duty.

A Kiss to the Prince plot is a lot similar to the plot of Arc 1 of Vampire Knight. The Main Girl don´t remember her past and is raised by someone that knows of her past. Both Main character is "in love" with a person that they think have Prince character. But slowly they both realize whos most important to them.

They both have that master/maid relationship. But its not that easy because of the hardships our heroine has to face to get to the finish line :P. Also, both heroines are cool like that!

Got some similarities between the two stories, but lots of differences there as well... Hadashi de Bara wo Fume is less cutesy than A Kiss for My Prince, but they're still both good historical romance manga/manhwa's! (:
