SynopsisThis is a story about a girl with no life experience. After being told by a friend that she is behind in experiencing life, Sakina starts having strange fantasies about her childhood friend and now boyfriend. One day while imagining strange things, she makes eye contact with an old man, becomes embarrassed, and runs away in shame. Only to get hit by a truck. Now, if she doesn't keep her excitement up by experiencing things with her own body, her heart will stop. |

The narratives of these comedies are primarily driven by sexual content. In Zonbicchi, the female protagonist is a zombie who can only stay alive by having lustful thoughts. In 18 Rin, the female protagonist starts to work in the AV industry despite being clueless to its many practices.

Both manga utilize a formula of making black comedy every chapter out of the embarrassing misadventures of the unfortunate female protagonists. In Zonbicchi, the comedy revolves around the embarrassing ecchi delusions the protagonist Sakina is forced to have, while in WataMote, the comedy is derived from the actual embarrassing misfortunes of the protagonist Tomoko.
