If you've read Skip Beat and liked the concept I think you'll defenitly like The One.
Both are about girls entering the entertainment business,(Skip beat-acting,The one-modelling) and how they struggle to make it, falling in love a long the way aso.
The drawing style is similar. There is a bit of love and showbiz industry requires you to pose infront of cameras and wear fashionable just like in The One. They are both funny and both about a girl entering into an industry with little to zero experience yet a lot of talent. They both have a sad past related to their parents and the reason they are doing it both started from love. Either falling in love with a guy but then getting betrayed so they hated the guy and wanted revenge (Skip Beat!) or joining the industry to see the guy (The One). Either way the are really similar have similar story line, same sense of humor and drawing style. (At first when I was reading them I thought they were from the same author)
One young girl with talent moving up and up the ladder of showbiz; two guys who seem to share some weird 'bond' with her... All too similar.
Both of these are very similar. To start of with, they are both about girls trying to make it big in similar careers, (The One - Modeling, Skip Beat! - Acting/Entertainment) and fall in love along the way. The characters also remind me of each other.

I'm sure if you enjoyed Skip Beat! or The One, you will definitely enjoy the other.
You'll definately like The One if you like Skip Beat, whilst the main character in skip beat does acting, the main actor in The One does Modelling. Both main actors have similar love lives, with the male in interest having a bad past

They both revolve around the world of modeling. Paradise kiss is more dramatic and realistic, while The One is really hilarious..it's really hard to stop laughing. But still in both mangas the main chars have a unique personality and they're really something to enjoy.

Yukari who got forced to be a fashion model for ParaKiss and Lele who follows her moms steps to be a model but later obliged to do so by her Aunt. High Schools girls who conquers the fashion scene and took them by storm. They got cute, reliable bestfriends and loved an egoist, sadistic man. George and Eros who both never fails to grabbed someone's attention were very talented in their specific fields.
Paradise Kiss is josei while The One is shoujo so expect the latter to be light so more comedic scenes involve. Feast yourself with pretty art, photo shoot, men, dresses, make-up, etc.
Both about the fashion industry and the love that blooms within it - also a great laid-back comedy.. Although the one is manhua and parakiss manga, if you're willing to step out of the square and have a read, it might be great!
Both stories revolve around modelling and each of the characters have their own unique personalities.

maybe the storyline isn't so similar..although it's about showbiz (music-nana, fashion-the one)..BUT! the art is so similar!!! lele in the first volumes looks like nana o. but her personality is very similar to nana k.( the hachiko style)!! and eros looks like takumi!! i would have to appreciate more the one for the sexiness of the male protagonists...hehe:)))

It's kinda like it but not, they kinda have the same elements but the concept/set up differs in different ways. They both have something to do with the aspect of the entertainment world (tv,media,fashion etc..) and it has a reasonable amount more of guys then normal but the plots differ in ways. Anyway i say both are a good read, try this and see if you like it.

Both female leads are new to modeling; introduced by a family member. In which they experience romance, hardships and one of a kind situations :)

similar theme. ingenuo's about photography and the one is about modelling and photography. both really good shoujo mangas. both chinese/taiwanese. both have to do with the younger heroine fallling in love with the older photographer.
