Synopsis

Tada Banri, a newly admitted student at a private law school in Tokyo, found himself completely lost after the opening ceremony, trying to find his way to the freshman orientation. At that moment, he ran into another lost freshman from the same school, Yanagisawa Mitsuo, and they hit it off at once. Somehow arriving at their intended goal just on time, there appeared in front of the two a beautiful girl holding a bouquet of roses. The girl then whacked Mitsuo across the face with the bouquet and handed the flowers over to him. “Freshman, congratulations”, was all she said, and then she left. The stylish, well dressed, perfect woman that had swung at Mitsuo was his childhood friend, Kaga Kouko. As children they had promised to marry each other one day, fulfilling their dreams. In order to escape from her, Mitsuo had gone out secretly and taken the examination for this well known private college, but now she showed up in the freshman orientation hall. She too had taken the law school entrance examination, catching up with him there.

I've read and watch all 3 version of the Golden Time, Light Novel, manga and Anime. So, i would like to recommend anyone that like the current air Golden Time anime, should read the Light Novel version and Manga version. Each different version show a different way of presenting the plot but the plot is followed as original from the Light novel.

The Manga version of the Golden Time are a bit different than the other version because the way it present the plot are more to comedy/romance. Unlike the Anime and Light Novel version, there are less comedy and more serious in the conversation.

Not only written by the same author, but both Toradora and Golden Time illustrates romance with its small cast of colorful characters. There is drama involved in both series as characters fall in love and experiences it through hardships, misunderstandings, but also joy. There are love triangles that becomes complicated through various events. And as relationships develop, so too does characters' emphasis on their development.
Nisekoi and Golden Time are romantic comedy series that focuses a lot on relationships. In particular, the chemistry between the main male and female lead is a prominent aspect of the story. Both series also involves building up the story with events from the past that influences events in the present. There are certain mysteries regarding the main male protagonist's past that they can't entirely recall. Throughout both series, we see that being explored in packages.
Golden Time and Ever Green takes place in a school life environment featuring a main male protagonist with a past that connects him to the main story. There is a balanced amount of drama, comedy, and romance in both series especially with the main characters. We also see characters' insight of their interpersonal relationships and throughout both series, there are challenges they face as part of their growth.

They are also written by the same author so expect some similar themes as well.
For these two manga titles, there's a sense of similarities involving its settings and drama. There's comedy and obvious romance development throughout each chapter.

Then, there is the seemingly destined meeting between the two main characters from the series that has an awkward start to them. Additionally, because the setting takes place in a school life environment, there's all sorts of drama that ensures relating to studies, relationships, and friendship.
Both are stories that involve a main protagonist who suffers from the effects of amnesia due to an accident. With not being able to identify with the people and places around them, both run into issues of feeling that their pre-accident self is almost like an entirely different person, and try to form a new individuality that's separate from before.
