First of all, This entirely my opinion and you don't have to agree with. Since this is what i think, I have it a Over all 6.5 (good-ish). I'll keep this short.
Story, From my experience i had a rough time starting this manga because a lot of stuff was packed right in the beginning, it was hard to understand was really happening. This jampacked intro then slowly starts to make sense at chapter 3. The Character/Art was not something i (personally) for that attractive to the eye, though it wasn't all that bad.
