Synopsis

Cyan is a teenage cat (in cat years!), and when his beloved young master falls ill, the parents abandon Cyan in the basement of a luxurious apartment building. Now Cyan finds himself smack-dab in the middle of the biggest feline territorial battle in Japan.
While waiting for his owner to return and reclaim him, Cyan has to brave the attacks of vampy Siam and the beautiful killer Kline. He also must try to fit in with the group of oddball strays who reside in the basement, a cat gang named the Free Collars! (Source: Del Rey)

From the first time I saw the review on NewType I fell in love with it. The arts nice too and the characters clothes design is great! How do they even find awesome clothes for cats anyway?!

Its funny and has some sexual humor in it but it still is suttle. XD
A good but short manga for all neko fans.

My Cat Loki add

Both Free Collars Kingdom and My Cat Loki both have cats as a main aspect of the story and shows the cats in a human-like form. Though Free Collars Kingdom is more about the cats themselves and has fighting while My Cat Loki is more of a human story and drama. Both are VERY good.
