Both these serialisations follow male otaku who are "employed" to use their specialised knowledge to help others. They mostly help female characters, which subsequently result in a harem.

Denpa Kyoushi is like GTO for the 21. century. Both Onizuka and Kagami help students in their own way, Kagami using that brilliant brain of his and Onizuka pulling through with sheer strength and willpower.

Both about genius young resarchers becoming teachers.

If there's one word to describe Denpa Kyoushi and Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, then 'intense' is what comes to mind first hand. Both series has a teacher character that is not your so ordinary professor in class. Rather, they have absurd ideas and are well known for their accomplishments. Also, expect action, comedy, and drama to ensure in a school life setting as it's where both series takes place.

The two series are similar in that teachers have unusual ways they deal with problems regarding students they involve themselves with. Both are highly comedic in tone.

Both are hilarious comedies around a strange teacher and very interesting characters as students. The two have truly awful artwork so keep away if it matters for you.

A teacher helping troubled students out. Even tho their methods are different, the feel I get from the both are similar. The teachers are outstanding in one thing, fighting or is a genious.

Both manga contain fun aspects of school life and a teacher, who others might question, how they became a teacher. Both ‘teachers’ are extremely fun loving and youthful. One is a genius in physics another at fighting. Another common point is the student teacher relationships.

One: Awesome-ly hilarious teachers(and yes, awesome-ly is supposed to be like that). Two: Junichirou and Negi look the same, except obviously different ages. Three: A really big harem in both. Four: A bunch of different small short love stories involving protagonist mixed in. Difference: M.S.N. has to do with lots of magic and things like saving the world, while D.K. mostly has to do with school "story of my life" kind of thing, If you like one, I can almost 100% guarantee that you will like the other.

If you liked Azuma's characters in either title, you'll definately love the other manga's characters. Both manga are extrememly different but both have AMAZING characters that are fun to watch. And if you liked Azuma's art, well that's another reason to read the other one.

Both these serialisations feature teachers who use unorthodox methods to teach their students.

Both series begin with protagonists who develop a passion for teaching and developing their students at a personal and social level. There is also a healthy dose of comedy in both; athough GTO is more dramatic and serious in its tone.

Teacher helps to right the students, but different type of teacher in both ones a neet and the other wears a mask and uses physical force to reach his goals

Both have strange teachers, who have a unique way of looking at life. And even if the students start off disliking him (or fearing him in the case of Hokenshitsu no Shinigami); they come trust and rely on him.

While not really similar on the surface, these two share a protagonist who seems to be a failure on first sight but later turns out to be a genius at solving other people's problems. Iris Zero has a little more romance in it whereas Denpa Kyoushi offers a bit more comedy.
