(Minimum spoiler in this review) Seeing how there's no reviews of this, I decided "Meh, why not?". I haven't read that many romance mangas in my time as a manga reader, but I must say I've seen plenty romance movies, and romance related things in anime and TV shows, mainly because I think love is part of every person's life, so it's impossible for a story to be told without even implying there is love somewhere, so I tend to be very skeptical when it comes to stories that are so centered in romance, romance stories are everywhere in entertainment, so is hard not to ... read one of this stories and go "Oh, I've seen this before", as romance is something so overdone, which takes me to my first point:

Story (5): Since the beginning I was able to sense what the artist, Maki Miyoshi, was going for, first is the girl chasing after the guy instead of the other way around, then the guy turns out to be nothing like the prince charming the girl was expecting, you can see that the artist is trying to challenge the usual concept of romance and tell "a story never told before!", but as I said, romance has been done so many times that people have already tried to mock the way it works, tried to make some new kind of romance that the audience will be impressed by "Oh man I thought they were going to fall in love and live happily forever after, who could have anticipated such twist?!". The story is nothing amazing, just a new love story, that tries too hard to be different and ends up just being predictable. The second half of this manga is about Natsu's sister wich I think was more interesting, strong but weak, pretending she's not hurt when she is actually pritty pissed about the way her last relationship ended, this story is not as predictable and there are some nice insights on the characters feelings. Also the 6.5 is a nice little story, kind of cute too.

Art (4): *sad face* None of my liking, the blank backgrounds, the confusing expressions, the weird looking hands, blah, not torture for my eyes, but I didn't enjoy looking at it either, and art is very important in mangas.

Character (7): The strongest part about this manga. The characters all have something interesting about them, I personally liked more the ones in the second half, seems like Maki got a bit more personnal with some of the characters and might have reflected a bit of herself (which should always happen), I also sensed she might have based some of the characters in people she knows, I think that gave it a more human feel to the story.

Enjoyment (6): Meh, I did stick around long enough to finish it, the story telling isn't so clumsy, the characters are interesting enough to keep you reading, and there are some dialogues that are actually fun, a nice manga to read if you don't feel like getting into something complex, just a simple story with entertaining characters.

Overall (6): It's alright, not the best way to spend your free time, but at least you might enjoy some of it. Although the art is a huge turn down, the characters and the story are able to keep it entertaining.
