The basic premise of both of these romantic comedies involve promises made between childhood friends and the misunderstandings that follow.
Making a manga is like making a cake... you just need the recipe. But to make a great one, you need your own secret ingredients! Comparing these two harem manga, you see many similarities: Both start with a promisse... then come the girls, so you can choose your style...
Narusegawa = Chitoge = explosive girl
Shinobu = Onodera = cute girl
Motoko = Tsugumi = fighter girl discovering her feelings
Kitsune = Tachibana = smart girl xD
They have many similar girls, but each of them are unique in their own way! Wich make both great mangas! =))
Nisekoi is pretty much the same damn thing. Minus the setting. And the likeable characters.
Similar plot with promises in childhood, with lots of misunderstandings

Light-hearted romantic comedies that often use misunderstandings between characters to drive narrative and character development.
Both are romantic comedies revolving around traditional misunderstandings between characters to spike suspense.
Say one to remove the elements of fiction in Kagami no Kuni no Harisugawa... Undoubtedly, it would result in a manga parallel to Nisekoi, each one revolving around its male protagonist and his love struggle. Taking into account both are romantic comedies, they focus on the development of very few characters which practically define their relatively simple story along with its atmosphere of lighthearted raillery and romantic tension
They are both comedy and romance manga. The comedy in both mantas are hilarious and it mostly revolves around the guy.

Both series involve characters pretending to be a couple, but for two totally different reasons. In Nisekoi, the couple is formed as an attempt to unite two gang families, whereas in Koisome Momiji it is to practice for an acting role.
Both series involves a girl and a guy pretending to be a couple. Despite this, there are signs that expresses more than that.
Of course, there is also drama, comedy, and romance in the series. And speaking of romance, there is misunderstandings, love rivals, and other little gags that adds in the drama.
Both series has similar artwork as well the setting.
Both series are lighthearted and expresses them like a romantic comedy for the readers.
Similar characters, art style, and themes. Both protagonists start off in a "fake" relationship with the female lead. In Nisekoi, they become lovers to stop the feud between their families, while they become a couple in Koisome Momiji as practice for the heroine's role in a movie. Will this "fake" relationship ever become reality?
Plenty of drama and misunderstandings are sure to ensue in this romantic school comedy between the protagonist, his crush, and the childhood friend.

Romantic school comedies with a gangster theme.
Both are action-comedy stories where a fight between Yakusas and Gansters take place.
I'm not really sure exactly.. It just feels.. alike..
General Plot isn't really the same but you'll definitely notice some similarities with characters and settings. Eh, I dunno.. read them, see what you think.

Both are romance comedies with two major heroines. Even the personalities of the two heroines are similar in the two series.
Another story where numerous female characters arrive out of the blue and form a relationship with the protagonist who already has a girl in mind. If you like one, you'll like the other.
P.S Nisekoi has a somewhat clearer and more developed plot.

They're both funny as hell rom-coms.
Si te gustan los mangas de comedia pero con ese toque romantico del encuentro con el amor que cada vez se aproxima más, sin duda te gustara esta gran serie.

Both are romantic comedies with tons of tomboys and brute girls. Both begin with a pair of characters forced to date but other girls appear in the middle of the relationship. There are a girl who first hate him and later turned into love, a lost fiancee, a shy girl... Ranma have more variety, there are more male characters and not all the girls have a crush with the same boy neither all the boys with the same girl like in Nisekoi. Ranma also adds martial arts.

The protagonists have unfortunate circumstances that get them into awkward situations with girls; in Nisekoi, its his gangster family and in Nyan Koi, its the cat curse. The cast is similar. Both protagonists have a crush on a shy girl who also has a crush on them, a tsundere who is always arguing with the protagonist to the point where he hates her but she secretly likes him and a female that gets confused for a male.

Both are good Harem titles associated with Shounen Jump. Ichigo 100% has more fanservice, if you're into that kind of thing. I feel that they had a similar feeling with a decent balance of humor and serious moments, and the characters, as a whole, are pretty interesting in both.

Both titles involve characters who have to deceive others primarily in a school setting. Although Nisekoi is a romance series, Mx0 only features it as a subplot.
