Synopsis

A yuri comedy series about an all-female rock band.

Kaname likes playing her guitar and singing by the streets and can't believe her ears when a strange girl who's actually a music producer suddenly offers her a contract for a debut CD. However she tells Kaname that her voice is completely worthless and that she'll have to debut within a band and just be the guitarist. This is such a treat! It has a bit of a lul in the middle, but the beginning and end are just fire and none of it is bad. Most of it is just great. The characters are immediately readable. The paneling is incredible. The easy that it conveys emotions is so evocative that it feels animated. The love story is short and somewhat minimal, but it has perfect ingredients.

The manga has trade-offs, don't get me wrong. It's kind of hard to even describe the good aspects without alluding to the lesser ones. It's just that the way it all comes together cut directly in ...

I'm giving it just a 7 with heartache. The first volume was great to read. The characters are cool, the plot is awesome too, and there was a LOT to build on. But the second volume was kinda messy.

It was SO confusing. A lot of things were put undeveloped and were weird. I like the manga because this story has a LOT of potential. I firmly belive that if there were more volumes or just chapters desenvolving the whole plot AND the charatcers, this would be a really great manga.

I'm conflicted on this one because the story is obviously very rushed and short but the small amount there is is so touching and wonderful and charming. I really wish there was more, but it's excellent for what it is. And man, the relationship between Seira and Kaname really does something to me, even if I'm not sure why. Maybe it's that young love complicated aspect or the angsty bits, but I can't stop thinking about them. There really is something special here, even if it isn't fully formed, but the fact that it isn't fully formed really bums me out, because there is so ...
