Borderline hentai is the absolute best way to describe both of these series.
There are several situations in Kiss x Sis that mimic the general premise of Iinari! Aibration.
These two serialisations involve two sisters who are sexually attracted to their brother. Both fight for his affection, but ends up sharing him.
Both are incredibly tasteless ecchi (borderline hentai) harem manga that have very odd premises. Kiss x Sis is about a boy and his relationship with his half sisters, whereas Yomeiro Choice is about a boy and his relationship with his future baby's mothers. Both can be somewhat entertaining.
Similar premise in that the protagonist is often subjected to his sisters' kinky intent. Although Giri Giri Sisters is classified as hentai, Kiss x Sis is profoundly borderline.
Both series portray romance between siblings who are not blood related. There is also some focus on the male protagonist's experiences with other females which are often ecchi in nature.
Ecchi titles that feature copious depictions of bodily fluids. It is urine in Alice no 100Cc, whereas Kiss x Sis explores a many more including saliva, vaginal discharge, and even urine.
