SynopsisSet in a family restaurant in Hokkaido, the northern prefecture of Japan, 16-year-old high school student Souta Takanashi works part-time along with his strange co-workers: Popura Taneshima, a high school girl who's a year older than Souta, yet easily mistaken for an elementary/middle schooler, and Kyoko Shirafuji, the 28-year old store manager who doesn't bother to do any work at all.

both are funny 4-komas. they both involve a "lolicon" of sorts... or just a guy who loves eveything that is small things.

Both follow the day-to-day lives of rather dysfunctional teams of waitstaff. Working!! is a 4 koma so the story arcs are shorter and less involved than Café Kichijoji de, but they both have odd characters, great comedy, and a very similar feel to them.
