The same format. a clumsy less independent girl who is attached to a persistent school beauty. The storyline is not far from student council, dorm, and lesbian seniors who like to tease the innocent main heroine.

Strawberry Panic & Citrus are both Yuri genres following two girls who have feelings for each other. SP follows more relationships besides Nagisa & Shizuka but Citrus follows one relationship throughout the series. Both series are following a girl who is trying to figure out her romantic feelings toward another girl.

Both are really good shoujo-ai manga.

While Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~ has slightly weaker writing than Strawberry Panic, it contains a similarly emphasized yuri element. Kashimashi starts out with a focus slightly more on gender bending, and then evolves into a what I feel is a very sweet yuri love story, similar to Strawberry Panic.
