Both are written by the same authors.

The female protagonists are both insane to begin with. The male protagonists however have different powers, Eiji has complete control over everything and everyone within a certain area which expands as he covers more ground, its name: World Domination(Because when he has explored the world he will control everything). Their personalities are similar in some senses but Eiji is still a lot less cowardly and as the story progresses he will probably become more determined just as Yukiteru did. The female protagonist is completely nuts just like Yuno, although in a completely reversed fashion.

-Same manga-ka, meaning greate similarities such as identical art.
-Both female protagonists, Yuno and Rin, are yanderes skilled at combat and serve as the male protagonist's companions. Personality-wise, they're incredibly similar, though there are slight differences in their interests. You'll see. 
-The concept in both mangas is very much similar to a game, being administrated by a certain force that grants its "participants" power (Deus Ex in Mirai Nikki, Daisy in Big Order).
-Eiji > Yukiteru. The protagonist in Big Order is not a wimp. He has the power to fend off for himself and does not depend so heavily on others, unlike Yukiteru.

Both series are from the same author, while MN is completed, Big Order is still ongoing up to chapter 3. The stories are similar with people get "special power" from "God" and also the characters. Eiji from Big Order has similar outlook with Yukiteru, however, he is much better in personality. Rin is exactly the 2nd Yuno, very cute but insane.

Both by the same author, Big Order is shaping up to be a spiritual successor of sorts, with a leading duo of an withdrawn guy (although Eiji from Big Order seems a lot more badass) and a psycho girl, and themed powers (precognition in Mirai Nikki, wishes in Big Order).

Even the first few chapter in both manga series are likely to remind you of each others' series respectively. And of course, that's normal since the same person worked on both the stories and artwork.

Both Yuno Gasai (from Mirai Nikki) and Rin (from Big Order) also have similarities in their appearances as well as their yandere like personalities. The male protagonist in both manga also has their lives changed forever after meeting the main female protagonists.

Both manga contains action and super power themes as power is what dominates the characters. 

Both manga has similar themes and concepts and in fact, some of the other supporting characters  that are present makes the stories even more complicated. 

Both series has a mystery like atmosphere and also has thriller like endings to keep readers at their seats.

The protagonists are very much similar. The reason why is different, but both the females try to protect the males. Both male protagonists are thrown into a situation where their lives are threatened constantly. To top it off, the art, writing, and plot styles are very similar.(They are made by the same author)

From both series, the main characters gets thrown into a scenario where they are blessed with special powers. These powers have potentials to change the world and we see how they use them throughout the story. Both series also contains twisty mystery especially in regards to the origins of the powers.

Mirai Nikki: Paradox addpermalink

Both are written by the same authors. Big Order is a "what if" prologue of Mirai Nikki, and Mirai Nikki: Paradox is a "what if" scenario of Mirai Nikki. Big Order differs from Mirai Nikki in that it takes the main event from Mirai Nikki into a new concept where as Mirai Nikki: Paradox continues the story

In both series, the main character plays more of an anti-hero role. Their unique abilities puts them on a path that leads to many conflicts with society and the world around them. In fact, both series has the theme of world domination although their motives are different.

Tokyo ESP is goofier but they both showcase a character with powers in a place where such a group is trying to overtake the regular world.
