These stories are very similar. They're both cute shoujo ai stories about two girls who fall in love unexpectedly and the problems that they face. If you like one, you'll like the other.

Both are relatively short shoujo-ai manga with pleasant art styles and a cute main couple. While both have some nsfw scenes, the main focus is still romance and the girls' daily lives and as a result don't feel overly fanservice-y

Sakura Trick is pretty huge (around 80 chapters), while Prism only sums up to 10 or so (including specials). Also, in Sakura Trick they are 'kissing friends' for ages, while in Prism they actually start Dating. Both contain a lot of kissing scenes (and in case of Prism, even more). So in a certain way I guess Prism could be seen as a shorter, less innocent and faster developing version of Sakura Trick.

Both are pretty similar but unfortunately i cant really explain it with words, but i recommend you try reading Tokimeki Mononoke Jogakkou after reading Prism.

both works focus on transition from friends to girlfriends, and the subsequent complications of that relationship. Art is cute! Although Prism is more explicit (nsfw)

Prism is a bit shorter, but they have a similar feel, fun and tender with pleasing art.

Mature-themed yuri in a school setting. A balanced mixture of drama and fluff.

Shoujo ai (female x female) and seinen (male targeted) but also with good character development that usually comes with shoujo (female targeted) manga. Prism is more explicit (borderline yuri).
