Plastic Neesan have some cruel and absurd jokes, which is about 1/10th of the absurdity and cruelty you'll find in Nekojiru Udon. If you find normal school life gag manga too bland you're in for treat with Plastic Neesan, and if it doesn't hit the spot you know where to look next. (First volume of Plastic Neesan is kind of dull so skip that!)
Same assertive, airheaded female protagonist traits.Even down to the hair length and colour.
Both feature school students & a school setting.
A Bias Girl features settings other than school (although it's still a prominent focus).
P. Nee-san is much more surreal in nature, while still keeping to the bounds of the Slice of Life theme.
