Lovely traps a go-go.
PriPri is set in a all-male school, and MH is set in a all-female school, but they have the same feeling.
Both are funny comedies, and they basically make fun of, respectively, the shounen-ai and shoujo-ai genres.
Also, Yuujirou and Mariya are similar: both are pretty, blond, uber popular, and quite sadistic boys.
Both series are by the same author, Tsuda Mikiyo. The Day of Revolution is the original story behind one of the Princesses, Mikoto, and helps give more insight into Mikoto's past and his girlfriend, Megumi(who served as a side cameo character in Princess Princess). Both are wonderful gender bending comedies and it's recommended to read The Day of Revolution if you're going to or have read Princess Princess.

If you liked Family Complex, you need to read Princess Princess where the Sakamato family was born! Sakamato-sama first appeared in Princess Princess. It is a must read! Especially if you fancy cross-dressing boys... they are so pretty TT___TT
