Both are built around a premise of the main character being able to see some sort of visual representation of other people's lives. 

A young boy has a very special ability, that has made his life miserable. However, he finds things looking up for him after he joins his school's gardening club. 

Both manga have an MC who possess supernatural powers, which are a source of major headaches for him, because he's able to see through people's lies immediately. However, his fated meeting with his future soulmate changes everything for him. 

This rec is for ch2 of Mizu no. Love blossoms in the gardening club of a school that two young boys attend, with one of the boys having a special "super" power. 

Living the teenage dream following a love confession; when that boy just finds a way into your heart and fits snugly in. It's kinda cute what ties the couple together in each bl manga - cologne for Kimi Note and lies (or the lack thereof) for Count 0. Both are lovely bl reads with light comedy, and a good dash of smex :]
