SynopsisSonoda Mio has always been such a tomboy at school but when at home, she works in her family's flower shop. Her family's VERY GIRLY flower shop. They are both similar because the main character in both of them is trying to hide from people at her school that she works somewhere girly since at school she is known as a "tough" or "manly" girl.They are both also scared that if anyone finds out about it that they will probably treat her differently or make fun of her
They are both enjoyable mangas ^.^
But Life+B is a lot shorter than Kaichou wa Maid-sama
Both are about at girl whos acts similar to a boy and has a part time job after school that has girly uniforms. She doesnt want anyone to see her like that but one day a boy sees her and suprisingly doesnt tell the whole school.
Both manga are about tough tomboys being discovered in a girly environment they don't want to be seen in by guys. Eventually, they become closer to each other.
