Both are written by Kanae Hazuki.
Love Stalking! is part shoujo part smut.Each chapter has different short stories and there are some ecchi parts but nothing major.Each short story is romantic in it's own way.
Art wise the characters look very similar.
By the end of reading the 4 different stories I guarantee that at least one of the stories will touch you in a loving way.
