That's all you're getting.
If that's already disappointing you, don't bother reading this manga.
Looking for a quick romance to read? Why you reading this review? GO READ IT.
Rather than beating around the bush I'll review this right out.
It's rushed, to be frank they've made a story a little too large for a one shot.
For characters such as those that have been created for this manga (shy ones), this isn't exactly the right story.
If you're into shallow love, no worries.
If you're looking for a manga you're going to treasure, well, you're not going to get that.
Mizuki Kawashita is personally one of my favored mangakas.
She has brilliant art.
This is no exception.
Its plain, but her art style is attractive.
The characters (well mainly the girls - boys are pretty plain), look nice.
Don't expect to get too much character.
I felt personally the characters were characterized rather poorly, I may be seeming rather critical but its the truth.
For example we're told the childhood from Momoka is shy, and it stops there.
We don't get anything else.
You could say its a good thing, and the fact that this is a oneshot so I shouldn't be so stingy with my scoring but seriously.
Script, thoughts, expressions should all be bringing out the character, these shy types aren't made for one shots, you just don't get what you want out of the manga, there is practically no characterization.
It was good.
Not over the top, not too much (maybe a little too less) to absorb, it had its humorous bits (though I didn't smile whatsoever) and the characters were actually somewhat loveable.
Read it if you're bored.
Its a oneshot, for a quick read, if your bored, take some time if you wish.
Don't know why you're reading a review on a one-shot (because one-shots are short).
Enjoyable, I give it an 8. read more

The plot revolves around a boy and his determination to success in the school festival. I like the story. For an one-shot manga, of course it should be rush and something like that. This one-shot is really... a little bit rush, however, the rushing doesn't seem to destroy the enjoyment for this manga.
But, the results are easy to guess. Of course in the end the female protagonist will help the male protagonist. But, one-shot! What can you expect? However, the plot is well flow and better than many real manga which wasted a lot of time explaining and garbage talking. This manga is straight forward.
Well... for the character design... the female protagonist seems alike to many characters from another manga but also under Kwashita Mizuki. However, this time the female protagonist has a shorter hair and it is much cuter. I like the designs. Good for good guys, weird for weird guys. Funny manga, you know?
For the Art... Well... it is not an anime, I can't see any flaw inside the manga and since it is quite above average and flawless, lets give it a perfect ten.
I enjoyed the manga very much, hope you all enjoyed my review! ^^ read more
