I would like to recommend Zodiac P.I. for Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne because its basically have a similar story line, about a girl how has a kind of power and fights crime along the way finding love.

Both are shoujo series with a romantic undertone. Both also feature the gorgeous art of Natsumi Ando. If you've enjoyed either of these series you should give the other a read.
