Overall, this is a good yuri manga. Hell, it's a great yuri manga, thinking about it.

The stories were good; some were decent and others were excellent. I can't say there was a bad one within the anthology.

The art was pretty, the colour pages were downright beautiful, but it loses a point for not having an overall professional and polished feel to it, also some of the character design lacked originality (the mangaka seemed to be recycling the girls from within the stories and just changed their hair, height and personality.) Although this is probably Morinaga Milk's best artwork to date.

I'm a big fan of manga by this artist, so my vision is clouded over by scenes of the other series' by them. Hehe, I'll try my best!

I think that the stories were really nice, and I liked that each had a different level for each of the girls. What I mean is, one is in love with her friend and worries about being accepted, and one is confused about being kissed by her sempai. All the characters are in different situations, which I think is surprising for a lot of oneshots. To me it always seems like it's just the same characters going through read more

Both are a collection of short stories revolving around an all-girls school and the relationships between the girls that attend it.
Both are yuri manga with both romantic and comedic elements. While Kuchibiru Tameiki Sakura Iro is a compilation of yuri one shots, Sasameki Koto has an ongoing single storyline. Also, they're not your traditional standard yuri manga that result in suicide or cross-dressing (by the girls, in any case). Both are pretty fun, light-hearted though pack their emotional punches.
