SynopsisHigh school student Tasuku Mizuochi has a secret he knows and a secret he doesn’t. Even though he punches, kicks, and otherwise abuses fellow karate team member, Ryouta, on a daily basis, Tasuku has hidden feelings for his childhood friend. When Tasuku’s mother died, Ryouta was always there to comfort him, and these emotions grew over time to become something else. Confused and embarrassed by his secret crush, Tasuku takes his frustrations out on Ryouta to keep him from ever knowing the truth. When Tasuku learns that his late mother may have been an “ageman” (ah-gay-man) – a woman who brings men good fortune – he starts to believe he’s inherited these powers, too. Can having the ability to influence luck give Tasuku and Ryouta a future together? Or will all the people crawling out of the woodwork wanting to use Tasuku’s power cause him to run screaming for the hills?!

This is my first revieuw ever but seeing the only revieuw rated a 3 i felt the need to step in : )
I absolutely enjoyed this manga, its more shonen-ai then yaoi since theres not to much sex in it, and even though the story theme isnt extraordinary the characters are just soo cute i couldnt help myself reading it excited
i'll try not to spoil anything about the content so i'll just state what i loved about it;
the story theme is way to far fetched which i actually liked ( even though i prefer serious storys ) because it made everything complicated which otherwise wouldve been pretty easy.
I loved the art : ) for me ( maybe shallow ) it makes a big difference in how i react to the manga, i especially loved the child-version / mini-sized drawings to express certain embarresments ( theres probablyy a term for it but dont know what it's called )
i've been reading non-stop for a while now and this one is def a favorite, maybe because ive been reading alot of one-shots lately and hate the quick developement and hasted endings, that i got to appriciate the pace of this manga and the character developement, its not standng out in a way to compare with my most favorites but the cute-ness of the two main-characters def won me over : )
go read : )

This manga felt like watching a bad porno with a bad plot, but no porn. It seemed that most of the story was meant to put the characters in a situation in which they could have sex, yet the sex scenes weren't that great. For instance, if you are going to write a lame set up to a three-some, then the three-some should actually happen, right? If you were hoping for a story full of angst and secret love then look elsewhere. Although the plot contains slight (very slight!) traces of these elements, it's mostly centered around a silly storyline in which one of the main characters is thought to bring good luck. The story presents itself as depicting real people in a real setting. However, the story and characters themselves are scoffably unbelievable. Nobody would act the way the people in this manga acted, and the whole thing felt completely contrived. (Would you try to have sex with someone just because their Mom used to have the same name as someone who might be lucky? And how many of your friends know your Mom's maiden name, let alone strangers? Enough to encite a frenzied riot of horny achievers? I'm guessing not.) If you have low expectations and don't take it too seriously, there are a few chuckles intertwined, and the art is decent, which might make it worth reading if your bored enough. read more

A love confession can go two ways - more smooth-sailing like the one in Bokutachi, while Kobu in Love Round faces a little more resistance from the (slightly violent :P) kouhai he's trying to win over. Love the comedy in both :D Both manga are centered on sports & similar that the characters are a little 'violent' to the one they love.

This manga reminded me of boyfriend from the nice art and the story with the problems with thier relationship. People going looking for each other, both are very cute and happy yaoi stories ^.^
