Same artist and author. Very similar character archetypes (particularly Ayatsuji and Futami)

A similar series about a group of friends finding love. They both follow characters through their finding/ not finding of romance. Both are shounen series and seem to have a similar art style.
1) Both series not only focus on a set of characters
2) It is made up of mutiples short story of different characters.
3) I find that the artwork for both are pretty well draw. However i personally prefer kimikiss..
Those that hated long-winded love story will definitely find these 2 series refreshing..

For each arc, the male protagonist romances a different girl.
Each manga focuses on the main character trying to win the hearts of different girls. KimiKiss was based off of a "girl game" and Katsuragi Keima from The World God Only Knows is an otamegane who spends all his time playing those type of games.
The World God Only Knows can be seen a satire of girl games and people who play them, but at the same time many elements connect it to KimiKiss even if it is a little less serious.

Both love comedies are adaption of visual novels. Besides, both series fall under school romance.

Both manga are of similar style: a series of romantic short stories between a bunch of interrelated people. Both of them are very good, with pretty good drawing. KimiKiss is a little more ecchi, while Salad Days has a wider range of stories.
