Both manga are about females trying to protecting their master.

There is a master-servant relationship. Where the maids were trained to be like an assassin/body guard in secret organizations. Although Boku no Toriko Nare is in our era where as Crimson is based in older renaissance- like times. Crimson has a more different theme where the protagonist was forced into becoming an assassin in they're organization.

Manga adaptations of QuinRose otome games that feature more unique characters than your average reverse harem. Heart no Kuni no Alice has violent characters while the female lead of Crimson Empire is a former assassin turned personal guard. Lots of hot guys too, of course.
