Both deal with divorced, single fathers. Musuko's more explicit and shorter, though.

Same theme of a divorced father looking after a child. 'Sorenari ni Shinken nand desu' is a longer sweet story with more time to flesh out the characters, whereas 'Musuko ga Osewa ni Nattemasu!' is 3 chapters, more explicit and is outrageously funny.
