Both of these manga fall under the category of historical martial arts, which is enough of a similiarity to recommend themi. The main difference is the amount of comedy gold found within Yongbi as opposed to Kenji. Keep in mind that both mangas are serious in nature and both portray martial arts sequences with a passion, but Yongbi excels at the comic relief. That crazy horse...

The artwork has the same vibe and feel as Kenji, plus the series is completed so you will be in for a nice long read. Both mangas contain rich historical significance in martial arts while not boring you to death with too much history. Bokko has an even balance of fine martial arts throughout it. The ending of Bokko was also a pleasant surprise as well ;)

Basically, there are both martial arts type, though Kenji is much more technical, having even step patters of few kata, if some freak would like to try them :P. Kenji ain't ecchi, and has more mature plot, though it is enjoyable. Believe me, if you like HSD, you'll get into Kenji in no time :P.

Both manga are about fighting, but Holyland is much darker, Kenji is more easy goiing, also both manga are good at explaining how is each move done, Holyland has more action from beginning but Kenji is longer so it takes some time before there is some action, both are really good manga, you should enjoy both:)
