This manga really struck me as intriguing, especially the ending! (no spoilers)
I'm not a huge fan of yaoi but this is amazing. It leaves me breathless at every chapter and is so original. Can't wait to read the sequel!

I found them quite similar, both are psychologically DIFFICULT (serious) mangas; 'Y!' is for example about fear of aids, and 'Z' is about rough (not accepted, 'dirty') kind of love which may cause a lot of pain to the both sides (psychologically and physically). I enjoyed both, so I'm recommending.
