Synopsis

A cool high school romance laced with the thrill of street dancing!

Midori just started high school and isn't interested in guys. She thinks they're all like her brother, Takeshi, who is rude and spoiled. Her way of thinking changes when a classmate of hers is pulled into the street dancing team led by Takeshi and his best friend, Sutou.

At first glance Higa may seem like a plain and quiet guy, but when the music starts flowing and his body starts moving, he transforms into a completely different person... Even Midori can't keep her eyes off him.

This is a manga that is trying to be a dance manga and a shoujo-romance, and doesn't manage to execute either perfectly. But it's also not terrible either, and it's short, so there's that.

23:00 feels more like a collection of ideas than a finished story. A lot of promising premises are introduced, such as the love interest's famous brothers, conflicts within the dance team, and a female rival for the love interest, but none are ever fleshed out. Rather, you get a taste of a lot of little stories that could have been.

I saw this and was curious. I have never read or watched a dance theme anime/manga. Honestly, it seemed interesting but like its just ,,,, there ya know? I was this recommended so I had to read it because of how short it seemed. The story is ok. It's your typical mysterious boy. Honestly, I didn't even know one of the characters had a crush on her. It's not bad but like it's not the best either. IM SO SORRY but ... yeah.
