Wild Rock (Manga)

This is a very enjoyable one-shot manga. I love the characters and will never get tired of reading this book. I truly enjoy the story, and the hopeful romantic in me squeals in delight every time I finish it.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful art, interesting and engaging story, very romantic, and the three stories are all related.

Cons: Obviously not historically accurate (but who cares!) and Yuuen is way too effeminate for my tastes.

One of the best one-shot yaoi manga available, this was one of the first of this genre I read and it set my standards high. It is a "must read" for yaoi lovers!

It's a sweet story of a young beautiful man who falls for the rival clan's tall handsome heir and how they find love together. The artwork is truly outstanding! Although the storyline is, one must admit not the most original, yet the delicious characters really liven it up and it flows smoothly. The sex scenes are on the discreet side, but there is no doubt of the passion between the two. And it even has a satisfying ending. What more can you ask for? I loved it, and will always keep it in my collection.
