the main characters are very similar. they both are orphans and they both are invited into a family. they are both cheerful and kind.
the plots are sort of similar.
there is romance
Both Tohru and Shiharu are orphans whose mothers died. They both keep cheerful personalities despite occasional feelings of melancholy. Also they each have new families that welcome them as they become more important to those around them.
Although the stories and plots are very different, the natures of the main characters in Love So Life and Fruits Baskets are quite similar. They both are orphaned teenage girls who's fathers died before birth or very early in life and whose mothers died later in their lives. However, their mothers' kindness during those short times influence both girls strongly. They are both incredibly kind and compassionate by nature, often acting in maternal roles towards other individuals. Both girls try their hardest to remain strong in front of others despite their troubles as orphans.
The main girls are very similar characters who are orphans, and they don't remember their father, but they remember and miss their mother. Both girls fit into another family and everyone finds them helpful, even though they are kind of ditzy. Both girls try to smile all the time so that they don't trouble others.

both are about cute little kids and their babysitters
they both give you that moment when you think awe how cute!!! XD
The main characters of both of the series are orphans...they love taking care of babies. One have a sibling, another doesn't. One does not have romance in it (maybe a little as of now) and another have. One is male main and the other is female main.
Both of the series are very calming and very cute that you will end up loving both of them..:)
If you loved the adorable little kid moments in Love so Life you will love Gakuen Babysitters and vice versa.
Similar plots with a main character who loves taking care of children so it becomes their job, except in Love so Life the main character is a girl and in Gakuen Babysitters the man character is a boy. Also, Love so Life is more romance-y while Gakuen Babysitters is a lot more about the kids.
Also, both main characters are orphans, except one has a sibling and the other has "siblings" at the orphanage.
Both deal with adorable kids/babies!
The two main characters go through the tough times without parents.

Slow pace, slow romance, cuteness overload and a protagonist that is always smiling~~~ also both give you a slice of life feeling.
Although the stories are different, both have the same feel to it - slow-paced, calm but touching, seemingly happy-go-lucky, with a sad undertone. Both main characters are very kind girls who give support and happiness to those around them, in a way by just being around and smiling, spreading their love. At the same time, because some of the characters (in love so life it's the protagonist) have a 'dark' (unhappy) past, which is woven in by flashbacks, a seriousness is added to the story that makes it all the more touching.
Happy girls who think of their job as "home", there are lots of happy and funny parts, but some darker elements too. Seiji from LSL is kind of like Shindou from SKS, with the sleeping parts of Ichirou.

These both are sweet stories. They share a similar story line dealing with children who live with a relative who does not really know how to take care of them. Also, each one is sure to make you cry and laugh.
both are caring for adopted child...

i think that both mangas share the same feelings, both are cute, romantic, funny and involves a girl who have to be strong, little children and an improvised family.
Romance between parent-less girl and a person who takes her in. Also focuses on the importance and development of the main character's makeshift family into a real one.

Both have really cute kids in them! Although the kids in both manga seem to be happy and content at first they have actually been through quite a lot but you'll have to read it to find out what that is, I won't spoil it for you here. There are a lot more similarities but this is the biggest one.

They both Focus on the main Heroine taking care of the Hero's bother's children and the romance that is based off of the children. Although Soryanaize Darilng has a more spriitual and somewhat confusing aspect up until the very end, it mostly revolves around how a child (or children) can bring people together.

I think Love so life is similar to Skip Beat because there is an older guy in both mangas that like a high school girl.

Both are cute stories with cute characters. Shiharu reminds me of Hikari, while Rio reminds me of Akira. Also, the art is pretty similar because of its simplicity.

the plots of this stories are different, but the main heroines have similar characters, they both strong, kind, open-hearted and also both of them have no any relatives(((
and they have some kind of relationship (it's love of course, they just haven't understand it yet) with a handsome guy who's an adult. love so life is a very sweet and warm story, so if you liked Dengeki Daisy, I'm sure you'll like Love So Life too..

When I read Love so Life the main protagonist Matsunaga immediately reminded me of Swith girl, since he also goes into onoff mode on outside he is amazing TV announcer, but once he comes home is completely useless and dead tired. But I guess that's all that there is to similarity between these two, of course both are romance comedies that leave you wanting more.

Light Romance with Family Issues. :)
|
|
|
SnS = Yaoi, LsL=Hetero couple,
BUT - gives a somehow similar feeling - involves cute children - if you like Chizu you will like the siblings as well!
Has a bit of Slice of Live-feeling, heart warming, <3 & Romance is quite slow, a single guy raising a child/ren & having another man/girl helping when he reaches his limits. (LsL = a bit slower, jet there are only hints regarding romance.)
