Character design and plot are so similar that I find it extremely hard to remember the difference beteween the two. Same story about very close friends falling in love with each other, interleaved with the stories of many secondary characters.

Main character from both manga struggled not only about loving a person with the same gender but also had similar problems dealing with their own feelings. Both manga are great and realistic when compared to how real-life settings

Similar art style, stories, and atmosphere. Both involve girl x girl stories with more realistic tone.

Two female friends start to fall for one another.

Both are for the same mangaka and deal with characters that are growing and learning about theirselves. The story of Aoi Hana also deals with sexuality and love matters in a kind and delicated way.

Both series are story of slow burn romance between females that protrayed delicately. Both series include more stories of side characters.
