Both are rather peculiar series in that they feature a relationship between a living male and a supernatural female. However, do note that My Lovely Ghost KANA is seinen and is strongly geared for a mature audience, whereas Tasogare Otome x Amnesia is shounen embedded in mystery.

Sankarea and my lovely ghost kana both contain a male protagonist who fall in love with a girl who's life span is uncertain. Though unlike my lovely ghost kana's author's other famous work Ai-ren, my lovely ghost kana is a sweet and relaxing story. And unlike the zombie in Sankarea the ghost Kana actually have a working, uh, "bellow", and are not afraid of using it. Ironically enough, the sex in my lovely ghost kana is one of the sweetest put on paper, and I felt much more embarrassed with the blatant ecchi in Sankarea. Both are highly recommended, of course.

TANAKA Yutaka, continues with the trend he started with Ai-Ren, with a sweet & sour story about Daikichi, a boy in a desperate position, unemployed, nearly homeless, and Kana, a ghost with whom he shares his life. If you liked Ai-Ren, you'll find lots of similarities in Kana.

There’s something about these two in the way they manage to portray sex scenes as intimate rather than pornographic. It’s unfortunately very rare, so if you’re looking for series where you sometimes get touched by the sex rather than aroused, these two are good bets.

Both feature ghosts who don't want to leave yet but Itoshi is far more ecchi.

A lot of sex and nudity, but in a nice kind of way. Both of these manga have a heartfelt story behind the ecchi genre that they have been labeled. One yuri one non-yuri(i.e straight).

Both revolve around the relationship of a male protagonists with female spirits. It must be noted however that My Lovely Ghost KANA has strong mature themes, whereas Pajama na Kanojo is mild ecchi at best.

Romance of a supernatural kind is explored by these two series.

At core, these two series depict the relationship between the male protagonist and a spirit. In Q and A, it is between brothers. In My Lovely Ghost KANA, it is between lovers. Given the seninen tag for My Lovely Ghost KANA, expect mature content.

Both involve a female spirit who wants to share sexual experiences with the male protagonist. In Saikin, the spirit possesses the body of the protagonist's sister. In Kana, there is no medium.

Ecchi serialisations that revolve around a male protagonist and his relationship with a female spirit.

Both around about a guy who moves into a haunted apartment that is the home of a female ghost. The main difference is that in "My Lovely Ghost Kana" the ghost and the boy are both in love with each other while in "Zettai Reiiki" it is more one sided, at first anyway.
