Both these mangakas have very similar art styles (I actually thought both mangas were drawn by the same artist). The humor is similar as well, and the character interactions and dialogue resemble each other.

Both mangas have tall/handsome possessive semes with sweet/cute ukes. Lots of sweet & lovey-dovey scenes.

Literally the same type of seme and uke. The seme is attractive and rich, but shows particular obsession to the uke. The uke is dense and has character traits like rin (the uke in katekyo) Keep in mind i dont make recommendations unless i completely think a manga is similar to one other. When i finished this manga, i couldn't find anything quite similar to this, until i ran into this one just recently. If you liked Katekyo! you will like this one for sure. Enjoy!

In katekyo the student falls in love with his flirty, handsome, foreceful home tutor. Katekyo has less of an age gap and gets to it slightly quicker whereas koi ni nare has a bit more angst and more of a barrier to overcome

Both about school and both have comedy. Very enjoyable to read.

A dark haired older student who is rich, intelligent and mysterious seduces a light haired younger student who is a bit of an airhead under the pretence of tutoring them/studying with them. Both are light-hearted, funny, very well drawn and have incredible love scenes.

Both about student-teacher relationship. The differences are the art style and that Katekyo is about a private teacher while Nee, Sensei is about school teacher.
