Rockin' Heaven (Manga)

Rockin' Heaven was a really good book to read, but it isn't one of the best.
It was like any other ordinary shoujo manga, cause you know what's going to happen next. I'm not saying that's bad, to me it's kind of a good thing to know what's going on instead of not understanding it.

I give the story an 8: wasn't complicated to understand and it's easy to follow after a few pages. It had a clean plot and it didn't mess around and go in other directions.

The art, I give a 10: the drawing was neat and clean. Not all over the place and the details stay at a limit.

I give the characters an 8: They have a good place in the story and it made sense of their personality.. what I mean is that, there aren't any characters in the manga that aren't needed.

I really enjoyed it, I give it a 9.

Overall, I give it an 8 for plot and enjoyment. I really hope you enjoy this manga too. :D

Story. 8. The story has nothing special about it. Just about a girl who goes to a school full of boys...

Art. 8. I really liked the art. The characters were all so cute.

Character. 8. The characters werent that interesting by themselves, but if you think about the character relationships, you'd think they're great.

Enjoyment. 10. I really liked it. I enjoyed it alot.

Overall. 9. Its good, overall but it could be a lot more interesting.

Rockin Heaven was a pretty good manga. The drawings were cute, but I thought that everything was too predictable. What I did like though was that there were some suprises and whatnot. So if you like shoujo, predictable, sweet and cute mangas, you'll probably enjoy this one. :]

Plot 1
I'll make this as short as I can, I am so tired I can barely stay awake
So there's a girl
there’s a high school
there’s a mean boy in that school the girl doesn't like
the girl realizes her romantic feelings for him
they date
they break up because of the most hilariously ridiculous reason ever that is-
the girl takes care of her bf, making people comment things like "don't they look like mother and son?"
yeah so they break up
and get back together again and get married
(PS the girl's best friend marries the boy's best friend)
Oh my shit, isn't this the most unpredictable and totally original plot that we totally haven't ever seen or read about. UGH I am so tired I can't even be properly sarcastic. Anyway AMAZING plot, its like every cliché manga in Japan formed into one. Read this and you'll never have waste your time reading another shojou.

Art 6
All the boys look the same. All of them by some coincidence are hot. All of the girls are cutesy cuddly adorably little angels. Most people go awww while I go ew. it kinda reminds me of twilight, cause both the author try to make the characters as beautiful as they can be.
Okay I'll cut the crap, the art was good, but hating the manga made me hate the art.

Character 1
You think you have seen clueless idiotic girls in your time but you've seen nothing till you read this.
The guy, whatever his name is, is like a computer. He can only do the programs functioned to him goes like this-
a) eat
b) sleep
c) breathe
the computer might be new and cool , but its boring no matter how hot it may seem.

I give this manga an outstanding score!!!! the story was so sweet and amagine!!! i really love the story, characters, and etc. i mean like everything!!! it make me want to read more and more!!!! xD if you haven't read it yet!!!! i think you should give it a try!!! don't miss the good story!!!

This is what the story is about.
How she will be able to get along with boys?
Will she find a boyfriend and friends?
Will her high school be hell or heaven?
I really recommend this one if you like shoujo.

because I really enjoyed rockin' heaven everything in it...the story, characters and also the art which was absolutely beautiful.

I truely did enjoy Rockin Heaven! It's been a while since I've read such an emotional manga:)

This manga was outstanding! I loved the plot (most of it anyways), and I liked how there was also a focus on the romance of the girl's best friend. Kinda like in Kimi ni Todoke. And even though I was mad that Sawa and Mustuyuki broke up, they eventually got back together. I thought that the story deserves a 9/10 because of how the characters change and grow. Oh, and there's a bit of forshadowing in the beginning by the statement, "That place was where I first met you..." bum bum BUMMMMMM annnnnnddd jump into the manga! Great way to start Mayo Sakai!

First of all I must say this is not a bad manga, It's just your typical Shoujo manga it can be easily predicatble. When I read the summary I remembered Aa! Itoshi no Banchou-sama and because I loved Aa! Itoshi no Banchou-sama I wanted a manga similar to it so I thought I should give this a try. Now one of the things I noticed personally is that I thought things were a bit rushed and some moments where like out of place and as I read the manga more I felt like it lost its main plot. they characters weren't that special also, the newest chapters didn't make sense for me because from what I know if a boy leaves a girl for a not so good reason she would cry her heart out but Sawa on the other hand cried a bit then everything was alright after her boyfriend who she dated for over a half year left her for again a not so good reason. she didn't even feel awaked around him or anything she acted as if they never dated. Also Ran never had a real love rival and I never considered his friend Kido as one because he never really tried to get Sawa only at one point he tried but it wasn't much and Sugishita doesn't have feelings for Sawa from what I seen so it was a bit lame.
It was not a good manga nor it was a dead horrible manga it was OK for me. something id read if I'm really bored and have nothing else to read. read more

My first review! *A* This Manga is a really cute and romantic Manga and I recommend to all Shoujo fans if you haven't read it. The story is well-thought-of. The characters are really well drawn cutely and the characters are nothing different from other Shoujo Mangas though. Just a girl who tried to have fun and wanted to make the boys in her class to have fun in school everyday. But I enjoyed this Manga so I give it a 10. =3

I loved Rockin Heaven and it is one of the few mangas i have stuck with till the end. I really liked the characters and the art because i thought the author was very good at drawing. I am glad i read it!
