Synopsis

"Because I love you."

On a rainy day, when Mai got stood up by the guy she likes she met a beautiful girl who told her that she was the Rain and that she had come because of her tears. After that Mai's days were filled with the bitterness of betrayal, only the memory of the girl called Rain can somehow ease her heart. A story of a brief love affair under the rainy season.

First of all, this review may contain spoilers (as this is a One Shot it's quite difficult not to spoil anything), so please read at your own risk. That is all.

Wow, this was probably the shortest One Shot I've read up till now. But, even this small amount of content (16 pages) was very intriguing. I definitely like the use of the element "rain" in this manga, because it symbolizes Mai's hardships, sadness and loneliness. Also, for those who don't completely understand the plot. Mixed Feelings

Spoilers may follow, but the story is only 17 pages long.
A very shot story about a girl getting over a rough breakup, with no one to help her get through it. The character of "the rain" appears when she most needs someone to soothe her pain, in the form of a beautiful blue-haired girl.
There is more development but i will leave it at that so not to spoil anymore of the story.

A really weird One-Shot, extremely confusing from beginning to end.

Art: Not very great to be honest, old art style, not a big fan.

History: Well, a mess, there's basically no story, just a sequence meaningless panels. For a One-Shot, the history is written in the worst way possible, it's supposed to make you interested on how it could. Continue, but you end up no understanding how it would even continue.

Surprisingly, there isn't a third topic to talk about, so the review ends here. Really not worthwhile, even if it is a one shot it still is just a waste of time, 2/10.
