Hinadori no Waltz is about a love triangle between Shiina and Wakui over Hinako. It's the kind of shoujo that's very derivative, so there's nothing major to object to (except that we've all seen it before), but there's nothing particularly to recommend it either.

At the same time, I do have some smaller nitpicks. Like that it overuses the protagonist having various accidents like tripping in order for the boys to help her all the time. Also that I think that objectively Wakui is the more original character of the two love interests even though he's clearly the rival character. Meanwhile, Shiina comes off ... as the standoffish one with a bit of a tragic past, which not only is really common, but it seems to me that I've seen other shoujo love interests with a very similar sort of back story. It just shows how generic the story is that I can't even quite remember which one.

In summary, it's decent enough if you're just wanting to read some shoujo that isn't too melodramatic and has some cute moments, but still it's pretty generic and forgettable.
