SynopsisRyo Saeba is a "sweeper" in the city of Tokyo. His works as a trouble shooter, cleaning the streets of vermin, and helping out desperate people. Both mangas are similar in the way that each "missions" are acceted only/mostly if the victim is a girl. Both main characters are womanizer, but if Clamp Gakuen Tanteidan targets a young public, City Huner targets an older public (teenagers/young adults).
